80s Vintage 3 Piece Black Velvet Skirt Suit, stage outfit? Read - L

Adorable velvet 3 piece outfit with western influences (vest and lace under ruffle skirt), potentially a stage outfit? Skirt and Vest have Christmas motif patches on the inside, I presume for owner identification??

No tags found. No stretch to fabric. Perhaps Hand/custom made.

Jacket is loose fitting, 3/4 sleeves, with no closure hardware. Interior ruffle around the parameter.
Vest is form fitting with a metal zipper closure.
Skirt is midi length swing skirt with tons of fullness that creates nice movement when walking or dancing. Zipper and covered snap closure.
All pieces are fully lined.
I have marked this as a size large due to the skirt waist measurements.
Condition: Great condition with no issues noted.
